Groats are a great source of nutrition

Groats are the hulled whole kernels of cereal grains, such as millet, rice, barley, corn, oats and wheat, as well as other grain-like foods such as buckwheat, peas and lentils. Groats are rich in complex carbohydrates, which are an essential part of the diet. Groats make nutritious porridge, soup or pilaf.
