A walk in the park is relaxing for both you and your pet. While dogs get to breathe fresh air and to play and develop physically out of doors, they also need to relieve themselves of bodily waste.
The presence of dog faeces, whether on the street or in the park, is both aesthetically offensive and unsanitary — especially in green areas and playgrounds. Canine faeces may contain helminth eggs that lead to the disease helminthiasis, and may also cause other infectious diseases.
It should be mandatory for dog owners to clean up after their pets. In some places, dogs are allowed to walk in designated areas only.
You may walk your dog in the park only if it is on a lead and wearing a muzzle.
